Most frames print three sizes inside one temple, in millimetres. Compare them with a pair you already like.

Lens widthThe first number. How wide each lens is.
BridgeThe second number. The gap between the lenses, over your nose.
Temple lengthThe third number. The arm, from hinge to tip.
